These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the SOUCAL website and purchases made through our online store. By accessing and/or placing an order, the user agrees to these conditions.


Products
All Soucal pieces are handmade, which may result in slight variations in color, shape, or texture. These differences are not flaws but part of the unique identity of each piece.


Prices and Payments
- All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.  

- Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout.

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.


Shipping
- Orders are shipped to mainland Portugal and the islands.

- Shipping times may vary depending on item availability and destination.
 
- Shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase.

**We also ship internationally — send us a message using the form to confirm delivery times and prices.**

Items we have in stock are shipped two weekday mornings: Mondays and Wednesdays.
If you place your order on a Monday afternoon, we will ship on Wednesday.

For custom-made items, depending on your needs, we always provide an estimated delivery time.

**All products are well packaged**

Shipping Rates

Exchanges and Returns
Yes, of course! You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, as long as the item:
- Has not been used

- Is in the same condition as when it was shipped

Just send an email to soucal.studio@gmail.com

- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

- Exchanges are not guaranteed because we work with limited production, but contact us and, if we have stock, we'll be happy to help.

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except in the event of an error).


Privicy
Personal data collected is used solely for order processing, communication, and sending updates, in compliance with applicable legislation.
